We process orders Monday through Friday. All orders will be handled within 3–5 days of placement and shipped the following day after processing is completed.
Our shipping time typically ranges from 10 to 15 days, so we kindly ask for your patience while we update your logistics information.
Please note that some of our products are entirely handmade. Due to the high volume of orders we receive, we require 1–2 weeks to produce these items, which may extend the overall delivery time.

Your local customs office may require additional documents and extra processing time to clear your package, which may prolong the estimated delivery time.
Your order may be delivered by either your local post office or a local courier service. Depending on your location, most orders are delivered by the local postal service, so you will receive your package along with your regular mail. If you are not home at the time of delivery, the postal service may leave a notice card indicating how and where you can collect your package.
