Cancellation

We accept order cancellations only before the product has been shipped or produced. If you cancel your order within this period, you will receive a full refund. Unfortunately, we cannot process cancellations once the product has been shipped.

Returns (if applicable)

We welcome returns for eligible products. Customers have the right to request a return within 14 days of receiving their item. For a return to be accepted, the product must be unused, in the same condition as when you received it, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required to complete the return process. Please do not send your purchase directly to the manufacturer.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will send you an email to confirm receipt. We will also notify you whether your refund has been approved or rejected. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original payment method within 1–5 days.

Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable)

If you have not received your refund yet, please first check your bank account again. Then, contact your credit card company, as it may take some time for the refund to be officially posted. Next, reach out to your bank, as there is often a processing period before refunds appear. If you have taken these steps and still not received your refund, please contact us at business@rydream.com.
